1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Punt Stats ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Punt Stats mobile application ("App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App.

By downloading, registering with, or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS

The App is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older, and users who are of legal age to participate in sports betting activities in their jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY

3.1 User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session

• Not allow any other person to use your account

• Not use another User's account without permission

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms.

4. APP CONTENT AND LICENSES

4.1 Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Punt Stats, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2 License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the App or its contents.

4.3 Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App or attempt to derive the source code

• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App for any purpose

• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App

5. SPORTS BETTING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

5.1 Information Purpose

The App provides statistical information, analysis, and insights related to sports and sports betting. This information is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

5.2 No Gambling Services

Punt Stats is not a gambling operator, does not offer any gambling or betting services, and does not accept or place bets on behalf of users. The App does not guarantee winnings or results from following any advice or information provided.

5.3 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any actions taken based on information provided through the App. We strongly encourage responsible gambling practices and adherence to all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person

• To engage in any activity related to manipulating games, matches, or betting markets

• To provide material support or resources to any organization designated as a foreign terrorist organization

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT

The App may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

The App may rely on third-party data services for sports statistics and odds information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information obtained from these sources.

8. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AND PAYMENTS

8.1 Fees and Payments

Some features of the App may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the App and are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.

8.2 Subscription Terms

If you choose to purchase a subscription:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your account settings after purchase

Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact our customer support team.

9. TERMINATION

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time. You may also cancel your account by following the instructions in the App or by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the App, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
